Pagecraft.in offers custom static website design and hosting packages for small businesses. Details of each package are described on our Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Pricing: Our all‑inclusive package is priced as shown on the Site.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required before work commences.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: You may cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund, provided work has not started. Once design work begins, refunds are discretionary.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete content, images, and instructions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any content you submit (text, images, logos) does not infringe on third‑party rights.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the website.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use it solely for delivering our services.
  • Our Work: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website files. We may showcase non‑confidential work in our portfolio.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

  • We warrant that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
  • Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties—express or implied—about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pagecraft.in’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due immediately.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
